SOYAL DP1 is a low budget solution for SME. Reader connects to PC directly. Software allows simple time attendance, easier personnel maintenance and remote viewing within LAN. Can clearly define when (time zone) and how (card and/or pin) an employee can access the door. Multiple DP1 can be linked together for multi-door application.
Employee needs to flash their proximity card in front of the reader. The electromagnetic lock will only release the door when the reader verifies a valid identity of the card. Single beep if successful and double beep if there are any errors.
Only valid access data will be sent to the PC for time attendance recording. Access raw data can be exported out for more advanced manipulation from third party time attendance software. This is a value added solution; user can have more security into their office and at the same time be able to monitor employee time attendance.

Big LCD screen allows easier and more user friendly menu-based operation for reader. Stylish curved design made it an enhancement to any decoration.
Multiple DP2 can be linked together for multi-door application. The EM lock will only release the door when the reader reads a valid card. Single beep and display “Successful” if successful. Double beep and display “invalid card” if there any errors.
Only valid access data will be sent to the PC for time attendance recording. Access raw data can be exported out for more advanced manipulation from third party time attendance software. SOYAL DR2 is a solution for simple standalone low budget application. During entry, user will just need to flash their card in front of the reader and/or enter their pin number on the keypad. Upon identity verification, the electromagnetic lock will release; allowing the door to be opened. During exit, users press the exit push button from the inside.
Green LED will blink with one beep sound to indicate successful reading. Red LED will blink with two beep sound to indicate invalid reading. Card numbers are programmed into the reader via keypad. For future maintenance, it is recommended to keep a hard copy list of the user number, name and card number programmed into the reader. For ease of maintenance, it is recommended to add software so that all user profile can be stored in PC. Software allows easy add / edit / delete of user profile
SOYAL Time Attendance
TA1 (Low budget)
SOYAL TA1 is a low budget time attendance station for SME. User can add as many stations as necessary (max 254) depending on the numbers of entrance to the working premise. More entrances are necessary to distribute the traffic.
Each employee will be assigned a proximity card. Employee is required register their attendance at the reader when they enter or leave the building. A beep sound should be heard upon successful identity confirmation. A double beep sound should be heard if there is any error. Reader will reject if employee clock in at un-authorized time avoiding them to clock in too early before work starts or clock in during holidays.
Only valid time attendance data from all readers will be sent to the PC for time attendance function provided by the software. Access raw data can be exported out as text file for more advanced manipulation from third party time attendance software.
